Our Story
Safety Net Solutions was built on real-world experience, determination, and a commitment to protecting people at work.
Founder Mona Griffin spent 14 years as an operator in the oil and gas industry—working hands-on in challenging environments while earning her nursing degree. Now a licensed RN with a compact license, she gained early insight into the real risks workers face.
Mona went on to earn her Master’s in Public Health with a specialization in Industrial Hygiene from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and became a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP). With over 20 years of experience leading occupational health and industrial hygiene programs for major corporations, she saw an opportunity to do things better.
That’s why she created Safety Net Solutions—to deliver expert, high-quality onsite services including audiograms, respiratory fit testing, ergonomic assessments, industrial hygiene monitoring, vaccinations, injury case management, program management and more. Her goal? To make workplace health and safety support more accessible, more effective, and more personable.
